Mount Ellis Academy, located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, is seeking qualified candidates for the boy's and girl's assistant Dean positions for the 2024-2025 school year to help operate the combined dorm setting.  You will work closely with the head Deans in the execution of the day to day operations of the King Hall dormitory.  Although a large portion of the assistant Dean positions require supervision expectations, other duties will include being a good role model and mentor for all students, transporting students to and from appointments as necessary, assisting the head Deans as needed and performing dorm worships.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with high school age students.  However, we would be willing to train a candidate that has a desire to work with young people.  Punctuality, reliability, being a team player, and good communication skills with students, parents and other staff members is critical. Having an adventurous attitude is also huge plus.  A valid driver's license is also required.
