Description

As network manager, their main responsibility will be to maintain Atlanta Adventist Academy's (AAA) computer networks, maintaining and supporting multiple video conferencing systems at multiple sites.  They will also be responsible for training teachers and students on how best to operate the classroom technology and do simple technical support for the systems used.

AAA is a 9th-12th grade Day Academy that offers in-person and virtual learning opportunities.  AAA is located in Duluth, GA, with various satellite campuses throughout the east coast and midwest states of the North American Division.

Spiritual Requirements

The school is looking for a dynamic Technology Specialist, with a close relationship with Christ, to develop a strong interactive video technology program in a blended learning environment.

  • Candidates must have proven spiritual leadership abilities, a positive attitude, effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • All candidates must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Required Experience

Minimum: B.S. degree and current NAD Certification; with experience teaching visioning and building a technology network to stay ahead of the growing needs of AAA, staff and students. Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy. Georgia-Cumberland Conference offers all full-time teachers the option of 10 or 12-month remuneration. Must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed.
