North Tampa Christian Academy is a rapidly growing kindergarten through twelfth-grade school with nearly 600 students. The school is located in Wesley Chapel, one of the fastest growing communities in the country. Currently in its sixth year, this innovative school combines the advantages of Adventist education with the latest advances in facilities design, instructional practice, technology, and entrepreneurial leadership. Instructional practices include blended learning, competency-based grading, collaborative teaching, and project-based learning. NTCA is looking for an experienced Head of School for the coming school year. The Head of School administers the internal educational operations of NTCA overseeing school operations including, but not limited to teachers and NTCA’s curriculum. The Head of School will be responsible for the fulfillment of mission and curriculum delivery according to the standards and policies of the Adventist Church and the Conference as adopted by the Board of NTCA.
