Ozark Adventist Academy (OAA) is seeking a dynamic Principal to lead our school into a bright future. Supported by a dedicated team, including a Vice Principal for Finance, a Vice Principal for Academics, and a Registrar, the Principal will oversee the school's operations and drive excellence.

Located in scenic Gentry, Arkansas, Ozark Academy has a rich history spanning a century, with an enrollment of approximately 120 students. Situated on a sprawling 200-acre campus with Flint Creek meandering through, the academy offers a picturesque setting conducive to learning and growth. The surrounding community boasts abundant recreational resources, including City Lake Park with its biking trails, disc golf, nature trails, and the Illinois River, a popular destination for canoeing. Nearby, Bentonville features the renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum and top-notch bike trails, adding to the area's appeal for families and students. For those with college-aged children, Southwestern Adventist University and Union College are only a 6-hour drive from OAA, providing a convenient option for higher education.

As OAA embarks on a new chapter with an updated Continuous School Improvement (CSI) plan and accreditation efforts underway, we are seeking a leader who can propel us to even greater levels of success. Required Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in casting a compelling vision, uniting diverse groups of individuals, and effectively implementing strategies to turn that vision into reality. The successful candidate must demonstrate a deep commitment to sharing the love of Jesus with all members of the school community.
