North Dallas Adventist Academy (NDAA) is a growing 250+ student PK-12th grade school located in Richardson, less than 20 miles from Dallas, Texas. Richardson is in Dallas County, which was voted one of the best places to live in Texas.  NDAA has a warm and family-like environment.  The school has a new, state-of-the-art STEM Lab, a state championship basketball team, soccer and volleyball teams, an orchestra, band, choirs, robotics, and more.   We are the 5th most diverse private school in the state of Texas.

NDAA is looking for an engaging and enthusiastic middle and high school science and technology teacher.  Candidates must be a team players, create a strong Christ-centered learning environment, and effectively manage large groups.  

Successful candidates should possess good classroom management, excellent verbal and written communication skills with teachers, parents, and constituents, and realize the importance of relationships with parents, constituents, and our local community.

Required Experience

The Science Teacher candidate will primarily teach Chemistry, Anatomy and physiology, and Physics, as well as other science classes, and should hold NAD certification in these classes. We desire to teach dual-credit classes, and a candidate with a master’s degree in sciences would be a plus. The Science Teacher will teach various science subjects, adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, and contribute to students' overall academic and extracurricular development.

NDAA is looking for someone who is a team player, creative, and who loves and inspires students both spiritually and academically. Candidates should be able to challenge, empower, and instill confidence in their students by exhibiting a passion for teaching.
