Madras Christian School is seeking a teaching principal for the 2024-25 school year and beyond who will teach grades 2-8 with an Aide. The school has a vibrant PreK -1st grade program that provides a solid foundation. It possesses a wealth of curriculum resources and technology and is supported by an amazing school board and church community. Madras is looking for a caring, professional, and dedicated educator who will continue growing students academically while leading them to Jesus.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and current NAD Elementary certification, or willingness to work toward such. The ideal applicant will have multigrade teaching experience and have some familiarity with or training in standards-based learning as well as leadership experience or training. He or she must be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy.
