Ozark Adventist Academy seeks a dynamic Vice Principal to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading Professional Learning Communities, driving professional development, and shaping the curriculum. Responsibilities include guiding/coaching teachers in analyzing MAP and ACT data to enhance curriculum and elevate student learning outcomes and evaluating teachers as part of the coaching process. The Vice Principal will play a key role in strategically planning and implementing the Continuous School Improvement plan.

Ozark Adventist Academy, nestled in Gentry, Arkansas, serves approximately 120 students. Our campus spans over 200 acres, with Flint Creek meandering through the grounds. Required Experience

We seek an ideal candidate with a strong curriculum development and implementation background, proficiency in MAP and ACT data analysis, experience in teacher supervision and development, and knowledge of standards-based education. The successful candidate will exhibit a profound commitment to sharing the love of Jesus with all members of the school community. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
