Position Overview: Campion Academy is seeking a dedicated Chaplain to join our team. Campion is passionate about fostering a strong spiritual culture on campus, where students are encouraged to grow in their faith and character. The Chaplain will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding our students on their spiritual journey as well as building and supporting a culture that is encouraging leadership and discipleship. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate chapel services,  and other spiritual activities on campus.
• Organize and oversee spiritual retreats, possible missions trips, and other relevant events.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate faith into the curriculum and daily life at Campion Academy.
• Mentor and disciple students, fostering their spiritual growth and development.
• Engage with the campus to strengthen ties and support outreach efforts.
• Teach possible Bible classes.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church modeling an SDA lifestyle, and authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates should have a minimum of a BS/BA degree in Religion or Theology and preferably experience in pastoral ministry and counseling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, 
• Dynamic and engaging teaching style, capable of inspiring others to grow in their faith.
• A collaborative spirit, and a passion for working with high school students and fostering their holistic development.
• A willingness to obtain the Encounter Bible curriculum training if necessary.
