Description

This is a full-time position with generous benefits package including tuition assistance for dependents.

The Office Manager provides strong customer service skills to faculty, staff, students, parents, and outside agencies. Coordination of office responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Office Manager Coordinator, the role encourages collaboration, teamwork, and self-direction.

  • Serve as office manager of Academic Administration-Operations, Nursing Program, and Occupational Therapy 
  • Assist with daily office operations
  • Assist in preparation of nursing student and faculty credentialing
  • Assist in collection of nursing program data
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Collaborate with Academic Administration to approve monthly budget expense reports 
  • Process invoices
  • Process VPAA credit card expense report
  • Process reimbursement requests
  • Assist with purchase orders as needed
  • Track and process advance study payments with Financial Administration Controller
  • Hire and supervise student workers

Required Experience
  • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt at the last minute
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Technology fluent
  • Positive customer service attitude
