The School of Visual Art and Design seeks a full-time professor of graphic design to teach visual communication in the areas of digital, print, and interactive media, utilizing current and emerging design technologies. The ideal candidate will possess an MFA degree and demonstrate exceptional design skills, along with the ability to teach a broad spectrum of design and art foundation classes. Professional expertise in current production processes, comprehensive understanding of emerging design practice across a range of visual media, as well as extensive knowledge of design application and design theory are required. In addition, the successful candidate will be committed to mentoring advisees, nurturing student learning both in and out of the classroom, and discipling students in Jesus Christ.
