The Exterior Building Maintenance Technician takes primary responsibility for the repairs needed on the exterior of campus buildings, including roofs, masonry, siding, windows and doors. (Painting is done by the paint department.) To submit an application, please visit sau.catsone.com/careers. 

Qualifications: Basic computer skills required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with ability to communicate effectively. Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with reasonable driving record.

Education and Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma. Must be experienced in the construction and maintenance of commercial buildings. Some special training will be required for our type ofroof systems.
