AdventHealth University seeks an English adjunct to teach English Composition I or II starting January 2025. The person in this role would need to develop their own course based on the course objectives, class description, and shared major assignments. Part of this development would involve preparing and delivering multimedia presentations for an average of 1-2 hours per week. They would also need to assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students.

• Master's Degree from a regionally accredited academic institution
• A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours of credit in the discipline(s) being taught.
• Meet the standards set by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges and Universities.
• Knowledge of computer based academic delivery systems
• Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body
