The Admissions Coordinator/Office Manager provides admissions management and general organizational support for the Physician Assistant Program.
- Processes all applicant, student, and graduate data, including student files, transcript reviews, and evaluation reports, and provides preliminary advising for inquirers
- Communicates with potential applicants year-round via email, phone, Zoom, in-person, and at promotional events
- Plans for and participates in the interview process and assists in planning Orientation for in-coming students
- Manages the entire CASPA application process and communicates with applicants as needed from first inquiry to matriculation into the program
