The Project Manager in the Student Success Department will oversee and support student outreach and strategic initiatives that promote academic success, retention, and graduation. This role involves data-driven insights and management, resource coordination, communication support, and continuous improvement of systems to optimize academic support tools and resources. Required Experience
  • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in education, counseling, student affairs, social work, or related fields preferred
  • Three years of experience in higher education preferred
  • Knowledge of the issues and challenges facing first-generation, low-income, students with disabilities, and underrepresented student populations in higher education
  • Knowledge of career development with college students and program planning skills, including experience in college advising and college success strategies
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office products to track data and develop reports
  • Experience in dataset preparation, analysis and predictive modeling design is preferred
