A Bachelor’s degree in business or related area. A minimum of five years of successful experience in financial and/or facilities areas. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Have computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word software. The ability to cultivate positive working relationships with superiors and subordinates.
