Serves to effectively build relationships and recruit students from assigned schools within the Lake Union and territories within the North American Division. Coordinates and schedules recruiting appointments and trips to these schools. Helps with visits and events on campus for prospective students. Works on weekends as needed for travel and events.
A successful individual must: have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills; be detail oriented and be a self-starter; be able to relate to different cultures; realize that students are our customers; be able to engage youth in a variety of settings; be comfortable as a speaker; interact easily with students influencers in the college choice decision (i.e. parents/school officials; have excellent critical thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities; get along well with team members.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
