Grand Lake Christian School (GLCS) is searching for a teaching principal starting the 2025-2026 school year. GLCS is a one-teacher school that is reopening its doors after nearly three years of not being in operation. GLCS was formerly known as Ketchum Adventist Academy and had been operating for more than one hundred years. After prayer and planning, the community has been working hard in preparation to reopen this school in August 2025. We are seeking a teacher that God is calling to teach students in grades K-8. There are students registered and we are moving forward in faith.

GLCS is located in Ketchum, OK. There is one constituent church located on the same property as the school.

Individual applicants must be a member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Ideally, candidates should have a current SDA elementary certification and preferably have a minimum of 3 years of multi-grade teaching experience. A knowledge of standards-based grading is helpful but not required. Must already possess the legal right to work and reside in the United States.
