Paradise Adventist Academy is seeking a Christ-centered, growth-minded, energetic individual who enjoys challenges and opportunities to serve as chief administrative officer. The Principal is responsible for shaping the schoolwide vision for learning and student success; and developing a welcoming community of learners. This includes creating a climate that is healthy and productive and characterized by positive relationships with faculty, students, parents and constituents. PAA is located in the foothills of the Sierras near hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing. The newly rebuilt campus includes a library, music complex, classrooms, science lab, and administrative offices. The school enjoys a strong financial status, newly updated physical plant, beautiful gymnasium, and a delightful student body of 50-65 students. PAA offers grades 9-12, and shares a campus with PAE, a K-8 school with 40-60 students.
Master's Degree and some administrative experience preferred. Open to work/life experience that applies to school administration. Candidates have the legal right to work in the United States.
