Tallahassee Adventist Christian Academy is a three-teacher elementary school located in the Florida panhandle. They offer pre-kindergarten through eighth grade to an enrollment of nearly 20 students. TACA is looking for a dedicated, caring, dynamic, and Christ-filled teaching principal for the 2025-2026 school year whose responsibilities include teaching grades 3-8. They are looking for an experienced leader who is a team player, creative, and who loves children. Applicants for this position must model Christ-like behavior and attitudes which will positively impact students in leading them to Christ.

Required Experience
Applicant must be a tithe-paying Seventh-day Adventist church member in good standing and already have the legal right to work in the United States, providing evidence of such if employed. North American Division (Denominational) Teacher Certification is required and must be maintained. Successful classroom experience is preferred. Must have a service-oriented attitude, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with students and families of diverse backgrounds. Possessing competent technology skills using current educational software and hardware is essential. Additional traits should include organization, attention to detail, self-directed, and motivated. Absolute confidentiality is required. Curriculum familiarity, content knowledge, and proficiency in instructional delivery are crucial. Most importantly, the applicant must possess a love for God, a love for working with children, and a desire to see each child in Heaven.
