Description

Emma L Louis Academy seeks a compassionate, self-motivated administrator to lead this growing educational institution. E.L. Minnis is committed to training and encouraging scholars in a dynamic academic environment. ELMA has offered educational services in Kentucky for 100 years. Minnis is located in the historic Russell neighborhood of downtown Louisville, serving Pre-K – 8th Grade students in the community. The school building was built in 2010, and enrollment has doubled over the past four years. We foster the development of the whole person spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially. ELMA provides a Christian learning environment for scholars who are responsible for guiding students in developing meaningful relationships with Christ, their community, and their families. ELMA low student-teacher ratio fosters individualized instruction. We have infused our curriculum with more sophisticated technology, which includes Clear Touch televisions, MacBooks, and IPADS to enhance forward thinking in an Informational Age. The ELMJA team actively engages in high levels of Christ-centered and cooperative learning. If teaching is your passion and student excellence is your mission, join our team.
