Acts as support to School of Communication Sciences and Disorders and the administrative assistant.
General responsibilities include answering phone, responding to emails, scheduling appointments for Speech and Hearing clinic, ordering supplies, supporting the undergraduate program's administrative needs. Good knowledge of office equipment including photocopier, fax machine, document scanner. Able to answer phone courteously, take accurate messages. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint helpful.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
