Pleasant Hill Adventist Academy (PHAA) is seeking an engaged, motivated individual to join our K-12 team located in the beautiful east Bay Area of California. We are looking for a dynamic team player, who loves Jesus, to provide administration and oversight as Principal on our campus. Our ideal candidate will have a growth mindset with a vision and commitment to lead by example in the following focus areas:
The following describes the preferred experience for the ideal candidate:
• Two or more years’ experience as a principal with supervisory responsibilities at a fully accredited Seventh-day Adventist academy.
• Two or more years’ experience reviewing budget reports and preparing financial statements.
• Five years teaching experience in either elementary or secondary classroom or both.
• Hold an Administrators Certificate or master’s degree with an emphasis directly relatable to a principal role.
• Candidate must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to provide proof of such.
