Campion Academy, located in Loveland, CO, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Dean of Women to join our team. The Assistant Dean will work closely with the Dean of Women to oversee the residential life and well-being of female students, while upholding the school's Christian values. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive Christian community where students can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Key Responsibilities include residential life management, student support and guidance, and administrative duties.
Residential Life Management:
Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their spiritual, academic, and personal well-being, offering prayer, encouragement, and support as needed.
Administrative Duties:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field preferred with previous experience working with adolescents in a Christian educational or ministry setting; a strong personal faith and commitment to Christian values, with the ability to integrate faith into all aspects of student support and guidance; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster Christian fellowship and build relationships based on mutual respect and trust; demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues in a manner consistent with Christian principles of reconciliation and forgiveness.
