Worthington Adventist Academy (WAA), located in the welcoming and family-oriented community of Worthington, Ohio, is seeking a spirit-filled, creative, and passionate Kindergarten Educator to join our dedicated teaching team. Just minutes from downtown Columbus, our school combines access to rich educational and cultural resources with the warmth of a close-knit faith community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seventh-day Adventist-Based Early Childhood Instruction:

    Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports early literacy, numeracy, and foundational learning through play and exploration.

Required Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education (or higher).
  • NAD certification or eligibility to obtain.
  • A practicing Seventh-day Adventist in good standing.
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
  • Familiarity with current classroom technologies and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
