Mile High Academy (MHA) is seeking a reliable and well-rounded part-time Maintenance Technician and Landscaper. This 28-hour-per-week position involves maintaining the school’s 15-acre campus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in yard maintenance and general repairs. While formal education is not required, practical knowledge and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Patching Walls
•    Painting
•    Hanging Various Types of Items
•    General Plumbing
•    Replacement of Ceiling Tiles
•    Routine upkeep of building and grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students, parents and staff
•    All yard maintenance to include mowing, edging and sprinkler repair and maintenance

Required Experience

•    Must be a member in good-standing of a Seventh-day Adventist Church
•    Must faithfully pay tithe
•    Patching Walls
•    Painting
•    Hanging Various Types of Items
•    General Plumbing
•    Replacement of Ceiling Tiles
•    Routine upkeep of building and grounds
•    All yard maintenance to include mowing, edging and sprinkler maintenance and repair
•    Friendly, professional demeanor
•    Must already have the legal right to work in the United States

The hourly pay rate is $23.00 to $25.50 depending on experience (community pay scale)
