Atlanta Adventist Academy (AAA) is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Alumni & Development Director to strengthen donor and alumni relationships, drive fundraising efforts, and support the continued growth of our school.

AAA’s innovative hybrid program is expanding, and to meet the needs of our students, we must raise funds for campus development, student scholarships, and academic enhancements. We are looking for a dynamic leader to champion philanthropy and ensure our students thrive. 

The ideal candidate:

• Has a deep love for Adventist education and a heart for students.
• Excels in relationship-building and donor engagement.
• Is a strategic communicator who can share AAA’s vision and inspire generosity.
• Has experience in fundraising, alumni relations, or development (preferred but not required).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in development, fundraising, alumni relations, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with fundraising and alumni records management software (e.g., Raiser’s Edge) is a plus.

Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy. Must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed.
