Southwest Adventist Junior Academy is growing and is seeking a 3rd-4th teacher for the 2025 – 2026 school year! The school is looking for a teacher who is committed to helping students develop a personal relationship with Jesus, bring creativity to learning, and who loves helping students reach their academic goals! Candidates must be able to effectively manage a multi-grade classroom with a diverse range of young learners, as well as being willing to grow and learn as a teacher. Southwest Adventist Junior Academy is part of the Southwest Region Conference and is located in southwest Dallas. The Southwest Region Conference provides quality professional development and training for teachers to be formally mentored in curriculum and instruction. Southwest Adventist Junior Academy is a growing community with activities and events for all ages. The school is supported by three dynamic churches (in one) with great community and church involvement.

Required Experience

Minimum: B.A. or B.S. degree and current NAD Elementary certification. The ideal teacher must be willing to be part of a team at Southwest Adventist Junior Academy.
