Mount Pisgah Academy (MPA) is seeking a qualified, service-oriented individual to join our team as the Assistant Boys Dean. MPA is a boarding academy located in Candler, on the outskirts of Asheville, in western North Carolina. The campus spans 130 acres and offers breathtaking views of the Southern Appalachians, including the 5,721-foot peak of Mount Pisgah, after which the school is named. On-campus housing is available at a very reasonable rate.

The position is scheduled to start on August 1, 2025, and is a full-time, 10-month assignment with summers off. However, payment will be made over 12 months. To be a successful assistant dean, one needs to have good management skills, organizational abilities, follow-through, and supervisory capabilities. The candidates must be in good standing with the Adventist church and have the legal right to work in the United States. Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled.
