• Bachelor's degree in Education at the undergraduate level or higher.
• NAD certification or eligibility to obtain. 
• Strong classroom management skills, engaging communication, and familiarity with current educational technologies and best practices. 
• A practicing Seventh-day Adventist in good standing who is wholeheartedly committed to the meaningful development of young people.
