Beltsville Adventist School is a diverse K-8 elementary school located in the MD/DC area
with approximately 200 students. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered education in a safe
environment where students develop a personal relationship with Jesus and achieve academic
excellence. BAS is actively supported by four constituent churches and has a strong reputation and
history within the community of fostering student achievement. We seek highly qualified applicants able to
work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, demonstrate experience in teaching middle school
students in grades 6th - 8th, inspire a love for learning, foster individuality and independent learning,
develop a lifelong love for reading, and engage students’ curiosity and creativity.
 

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required as well as experience working
with children at this level (ages 11-14). Salary and benefits are based on denominational wage scale
policy. Individuals must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right
