Wichita Adventist Christian Academy (WACA) is seeking an outstanding candidate to lead the school as principal with teaching responsibilities beginning the 2025-2026 school year. WACA is a K-10 program that has served the Wichita KS community for one hundred years. Our staff includes five full-time educators, a part-time music teacher, and auxiliary staff. WACA has a supportive school board and a network of four churches that contribute volunteers, prayers, and financial resources to WACA’s mission. Newcomers to Wichita are pleasantly surprised by the diversity of entertainment, sports, outdoor, shopping and restaurant options. For those who appreciate a more suburban feel, there are surrounding communities with a pleasant, small-town atmosphere. The ideal candidate is willing to build strong, positive relationships with students and families, the local community, and especially their team.

Required Experience

A qualified applicant must be a committed Seventh-day Adventist who has teaching experience at the elementary level and holds current NAD certification. The applicant must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States. Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policies.
