Description

The Indiana Conference is seeking an individual to oversee all facets of K-12 education in the Indiana Conference which includes:  

  • Teacher Recruiting/Placement
  • Teacher/Staff Supervision
  • Teacher/Staff Development
  • Curriculum Oversight
  • School Development 
  • Conflict Management
  • Education Promotion
  • Administration
  • Boards and Meetings 
Required Experience

Qualifications include:

  • Active membership and attendance with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
  • A  master’s degree is preferred in an education field with a preference for school administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a teacher within the SDA system and an additional 5 years of experience in educational administration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy.  Applicants must currently possess the legal ability to work in the United States. This position may be filled prior to the posting expiration date.
