The ideal candidate will work directly with the principal and play an important role
in the daily operations of the school. This position requires a proactive, organized,
and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
educational environment. The candidate must possess excellent communication
and organizational skills, a strong commitment to student success, and a passion
for fostering a positive school culture while working with students aged 5 – 18
years and staff.
Qualifications: Be a member in good standing within the Seventh-day
Adventist Church. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office
management role, preferably in an educational setting.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and use of
our school management software (FACTS). Strong organizational skills
with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. An ability to work independently and as a
team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive
relationships with students, staff, parents, stakeholders, and community
members.
