Ozark Adventist Academy seeks a Men’s Head Dean for the 2025-2026 school year. The beautiful campus of Ozark Adventist Academy, located in Northwest Arkansas, was established in 1924. Within 45 minutes of campus are 2,500 miles of mountain biking trails, kayak, and whitewater rafting, and thousands of acres within state parks for camping, hiking, and backpacking. The corridors of Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville (home to the University of Arkansas) are within a 35-minute driving distance for shopping, dining, and numerous activities.
Job Description
The Men’s Head Dean is responsible for overseeing the residential life and personal development of male dorm students at OAA. This role involves fostering a safe, positive, structured, and supportive environment that reflects Christ and aligns with Seventh-day Adventist beliefs and values. The Men’s Head Dean will work closely with students, staff, and parents to ensure student success and well-being while also promoting an environment for spiritual growth.
