Description

Indiana Academy is a 9-12 grade boarding school nestled in a beautiful lake community. The applicant for the position will be a spiritual leader who exhibits exceptional organizational and communication skills. The principal will be responsible for providing leadership in oversight, mentorship, and support of the schools faculty and staff. 

Many teachers employed within the Indiana Conference who have children enrolled in 1-12 grade Adventist education are eligible for State tuition vouchers. This benefit combined with the SDA educational subsidy for employees will cover 95-100% of Adventist Education costs. The broadened scope of Indiana's voucher program now encompasses nearly all families making Adventist Educations virtually free for Indiana Conference employees even up to 12th grade.

Required Experience

Prior boarding school experience (3+ years preferred), Masters degree (Preferred). Salary and benefits are based on denominational wage scale policy. Individuals must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.
