Description

Northern Ohio Adventist Academy (NOAA) is seeking a skillful, creative, energetic, compassionate, and Christ-led educator to lead a Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade classroom (with aide support).  You will collaborate with a dedicated team eager to elevate NOAA to new heights.  You will work in a facility featuring wonderful classrooms, a gymnasium, and a large recreational field and playground where you can shape and mold young minds.  NOAA is also supported by dedicated churches that go “above and beyond” for the school. Located just outside Cleveland, Ohio, the school is only minutes away from numerous enjoyable attractions, stimulating learning opportunities, cultural establishments, fantastic restaurants, and much more.

Areas of strength should include being up-to-date on best educational practices, easily adaptable to current classroom technologies, exhibiting strong classroom management skills, engaging communicators, and being an “all-in” team player. We seek an educator who embraces STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), fostering an appreciation and love of these fields in our young people. We desire an educator who is learning and strengthening their craft alongside their students every day.

Required Experience

An undergraduate degree or higher is required.  All candidates must currently be available to work in the United States.  A dedicated Seventh-day Adventist committed to meaningfully developing young people.
