Northern Ohio Adventist Academy (NOAA), located just outside the vibrant city of Cleveland and one block from the shores of beautiful Lake Erie, is seeking a dynamic and Spirit-led Lower Elementary Educator to join our dedicated team of Christian educators. We are currently looking for a teacher who brings energy, innovation, and a deep love for Jesus into the classroom. The successful candidate will teach in a multi-grade elementary classroom and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students who are ready to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Eligible for NAD certification or willingness to obtain.
• A dedicated, practicing Seventh-day Adventist in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a willingness to “go all in” as a contributing member of the team.
