Mount Ellis Academy, located in the scenic foothills just outside Bozeman, Montana, is looking for a Principal with a heart for students, a passion for quality Seventh-day Adventist education, and a commitment to building strong, healthy relationships with staff, families, church, and community. We’re seeking someone who brings not only spiritual leadership and educational expertise, but also an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who’s willing to think creatively about the future of Adventist education. 

Our mission is to help students know Jesus personally, grow in their unique strengths, and become thoughtful, service-minded citizens. With around 65 students and a dedicated staff, we’re a small but close-knit boarding school that values both academic excellence and personal growth rooted in faith. Our campus, surrounded by the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, provides a natural setting for hands-on learning and outdoor adventure. 

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and be able to provide evidence of the legal right to work in the United States.
