Spencerville Adventist Academy (SAA) is a diverse, 350+ student, PK-12th grade school, housed in a beautiful facility located 30 minutes north of Washington DC, in close proximity to the NAD and the GC. We value our Adventist foundation and pursue academic excellence at all age levels. We are looking for team members who have a growth mindset, enjoy sharing Jesus, and have fun implementing best practices. We value strong and healthy relationships with our students and parents, which requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are seeking a Registrar to join our office team.

Required Experience

The registrar maintains student records, oversees admission procedures, and works with parents, students, teachers, and administration. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. They maintain confidentiality and are comfortable working with technology and a variety of software. The candidate should have a growth mindset, be passionate about working with young people, and extremely detail oriented. They are intentional about implementing best practices and ensuring compliance of school policies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must be an active member of the SDA Church. Must be eligible to work ing the USA.
