Memphis Adventist Academy (MAA) is looking for a passionate and dynamic Pre-K/Kindergarten classroom teacher to join our growing school community. MAA is a Christ-centered school serving around 90 students, with exciting growth anticipated next year. Nestled in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, our campus includes a well-maintained facility, a gym, a supportive school board, and close ties with 10 area churches. The school is a short drive from both urban and rural areas, making it a perfect fit for a variety of lifestyles.

Qualifications:

• Holds current NAD Elementary Certification (required)
• Committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (required)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States (required)
• Strong background in early childhood education
• Experience in multi-grade classroom teaching preferred
• Effective communicator with students, parents, and colleagues
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and try new strategies in the classroom
• Passionate about modeling Christian values in everyday life
• Spanish/English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Early childhood endorsement
• Master’s degree in education or related field
• 3+ years of teaching experience
