We’re seeking a passionate, mission-minded teacher-principal to lead and teach in our school. The ideal candidate is someone who wears many hats with joy—teacher, administrator, spiritual guide, and community builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach multiple grade levels in a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Collaborate with church leadership, parents, and the conference education team
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and spiritually uplifting learning environment
• Encourage students to thrive academically and grow in their walk with Christ

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum); Master’s in Education or Leadership a plus
• Current NAD teaching certification or eligibility
• A deep commitment to the Adventist Education and student success
• Adventist faith and mission
• Experience in multi-grade teaching preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
