DESCRIPTION

This position combines leadership within the Student Financial Services (SFS) office, a student-centered approach, and technical expertise. Key responsibilities include enhancing efficiency and streamlining operations in the SFS office as the Computer Systems Analyst. The role involves monitoring systems for potential issues and promptly troubleshooting when problems arise. It requires in-depth knowledge of the SFS domain, its interactions with other campus departments, and proficiency in researching and applying federal and state regulations. Additionally, the position includes oversight of the Loan Center and serving as a financial counselor for international students and other students as assigned.

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum BA/BS degree, BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.

Experience/Skills: Years of experience: 3-5 years, 5-10 years preferred.
