Now, we’re entering a powerful new chapter—and we’re looking for a visionary leader to write it with us.

This is a legacy role for an experienced Seventh-day Adventist educator ready to grow the school, lead a vibrant rebranding, and inspire a new generation of young leaders to live boldly in faith and purpose.  Key Responsibilities:

Spiritual Leadership

Lead with integrity, humility, and faith, modeling a Christ-like character.

  • Create a spiritually vibrant environment through prayer, worship, and community service.
  • Ensure Adventist values are fully integrated into curriculum, discipline, and student life.

Vision & Rebranding

  • Partner with the Board to develop and implement a fresh, mission-driven identity for GAAA.
  • Position the school as a leading voice in SDA education—visually, spiritually, and academically.
  • Oversee marketing, outreach, and storytelling that reflects the school’s renewed vision.

School Growth & Innovation

Develop and lead strategies to grow enrollment and enhance student experience.

  • Embrace innovative learning models including STEAM, tech integration, dual enrollment, and experiential learning.
  • Support teacher growth through coaching, data-driven instruction, and spiritual mentorship.

Collaborative Leadership

  • Work closely with parents, alumni, local pastors, area churches, and the South Atlantic Conference.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships that support the school’s mission and momentum.
  • Lead fundraising, development, and advancement initiatives alongside the Board.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage all school operations: staffing, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, and facilities.
  • Ensure alignment with North American Division (NAD) standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Use data and systems to drive performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Required Experience
  • A deeply committed Seventh-day Adventist Christian, active in church life and mission.
  • An experienced educational leader (5+ years preferred) with a strong track record of success in SDA education.
  • Holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • State certification and/or eligible for or holds NAD Administrative Certification.
  • A visionary communicator, relationship-builder, and systems thinker.
  • Passionate about student success and spiritual growth.
  • Supportive church family, pastors,  and ready-to-go school board
  • Must have Legal right to work in thee USA work status
