Campion Academy is seeking a Director of Recruiting and Advancement at our Seventh-day Adventist boarding high school located in Loveland, Colorado. Known for its strong academic program, vibrant spiritual life, and emphasis on student leadership and service, Campion prepares students in grades 9–12 to be Christ-centered leaders in their communities and beyond.
The Director of Recruiting and Advancement is a mission-driven team member responsible for leading student recruitment efforts and supporting advancement initiatives that promote the growth and sustainability of Campion Academy. This role combines outreach, relationship-building, and communication with strategic enrollment planning and donor engagement. The director works closely with the principal and administrative team to ensure strong enrollment and community support.
Student Recruiting:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual student recruitment plan
• Represent Campion Academy at schools, churches, conference events, and youth gatherings
• Coordinate campus visit events such as Preview Weekends, Academy Days, and tours
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and families
• Guide families through the application and enrollment process
• Collaborate with the communication team on marketing and promotional materials
Enrollment Support:
• Maintain admissions records and application data
• Provide regular enrollment reports to administration
• Coordinate with finance, registrar, and dormitory staff to support new student onboarding
Advancement & Development Support:
• Assist with alumni relations and donor communication
• Support planning and execution of fundraising events or campaigns
• Maintain segments of the donor database and help cultivate relationships with supporters
• Represent Campion Academy to donors and community stakeholders in a professional and mission-focused manner
• Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, communication, public relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, development, or advancement
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and travel
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with email marketing and social media platforms
• Committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and supporter of Adventist education
