1. The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED. A college background is preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of retail experience is preferred, specifically with merchandising and/or inventory management.
3. A strong personnel supervisory skillset is preferred. If no prior experience, there will be the expectation that it will be learned and performed well in a defined timely manner.
