Must have a minimum of a journeymen plumber’s license.  Must have knowledge of how to perform other maintenance and preventive maintenance functions. Basic computer skills required.  Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.  Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with reasonable driving record.
