Thunderbird Adventist Academy is seeking a full-time Girl's Dean who can also possibly teach an academic class. This position is for the 2025-2026 school year. TAA is the boarding school for the Arizona Conference and has had a steady enrollment of 120-125 students. The dorms typically have between 14-20 girls. The dean will spend two-thirds of their time as the Head Dean and one-third of their time with other school assignments. The dorm also will have an Assistant Dean. TAA seeks a dean who is committed to helping students develop a personal relationship with Jesus and works with young ladies in the dorm in character development. Candidates must be able to effectively manage a diverse range of dorm students as well as being willing to grow and learn in the classroom.  TAA is located in the suburbs of Phoenix in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, on the same campus as Thunderbird Christian Elementary School and Scottsdale-Thunderbird Church. Phoenix is a large town with many activities to do inside and outside. The school is fully supported by the Arizona Conference. 

Candidates with experience as a dean and have the ability to teach academic classes are preferred. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed. The ideal dean must be willing to be part of a team at TAA.
