North Tampa Christian Academy is a rapidly growing kindergarten through twelfth-grade school with nearly 600 students. The school is located in Wesley Chapel, one of the fastest-growing communities in the country. Currently in its sixth year, this innovative school combines the advantages of Adventist education with the latest advances in facility design, instructional practice, technology, and entrepreneurial leadership. Instructional practices include blended learning, competency-based grading, collaborative teaching, and project-based learning. NTCA is looking for an experienced high school vice principal for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be a strong academic and spiritual leader who is willing to champion 21st-century learning methods, including project-based learning, mastery-based grading, and design thinking. The candidate will also have a passion for the community and seek ways to show Jesus to a diverse community and student body. The selected applicant will work with the other vice principals to lead the spiritual and academic programming for nearly 600 students and 45 teachers. Applicant must be a tithe-paying Seventh-day Adventist church member in good standing and have the legal right to work in the United States, providing evidence if employed. A minimum of a bachelor's degree with North American Division (Denominational) Teacher Certification is required and must be maintained (or must agree to work towards obtaining NAD Certification). Holding a master's degree in an education-related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of successful administrative experience is required.
