The Registrar ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic and educational records of Union Adventist University students and helps to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. 

  • Ensures the integrity and security of all data maintained by the Records Office
  • Directs and oversees university registration activities and chairs the Registration Committee
  • Coordinates and reviews all grades
  • Compiles information for course schedules
  • Issues the academic bulletin
  • Monitors the transcribing and evaluation of academic records and the preparation of transcripts by Records staff
  • Oversees and assists with the degree audit process in coordination with Records staff

Required Experience
  • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to sue technology and software
  • Work with fine detail at high levels of accuracy
  • Critical thinking, including a strong sense of logic and its application
  • Lead innovatively, collaboratively, and with a forward-thinking vision
  • Liaise with key administrative offices and effectively partner with the academic leadership team
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
