The Information Technology & Media Services (ITMS) Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of hands-on IT and multimedia technical assistance. This includes managing service calls and tickets, scheduling repairs, and maintaining equipment, both hardware and software systems. Additionally, this position also supports video production and provides technical support to events on campus. The ITMS Assistant provides customer service to diverse groups, including students, faculty, staff, and members of the general public.
