Description
The Marion County Seventh-day Adventist Schools—Indianapolis Junior Academy, Southside Christian Elementary, and Capital City School—are seeking a full-time music teacher to lead and develop a dynamic music program across all three campuses.
This is a full-time position with full benefits, and the successful candidate will rotate between the three schools on a weekly schedule. All schools are located within the Indianapolis, Indiana area and are collaborating to ensure a high-quality music education experience for their students.
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Passionate about music and Christian education
- Skilled in teaching various music disciplines (vocal, instrumental, classroom music)
- Flexible and organized, with the ability to travel between campuses
- A committed Seventh-day Adventist in good standing with the Church

Required Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in music education
- A committed Seventh-day Adventist in good standing
- A passion for using music to glorify God and inspire students
- US citizenship and eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with vocal and/or instrumental instruction is preferred

We are currently serving students in grades K-8 with hopes and plans of re-opening our pre-k program. We are nestled in the Glendale area, just east of Keystone Ave., off of 62nd St., tucked behind the Glendale Seventh-day Adventist church.
